JASON LEEJason is excited to be a senior in the upcoming school year and plans to commemorate this significant event by leaving behind a legacy. Before moving to Arcadia, Jason has lived in different communities filled with trees—abroad and domestic—and so he has a fond memory of trees growing up. Thus he believes it is time for Arcadia to step up its tree game. As a long time member of the Track Team, he has experienced first hand the importance of having fresh air to breathe in. By joining TreePeople, Jason hopes to gain an insight into the world of AP Environmental Science. Besides using it as an excuse to go out and keep his tan, he is happy to work alongside his friends and give back to the community that has been his home for seven years.

CHANYEONG KIMChanyeong, better known by his nickname Chan, is finally at the ruling class of Arcadia High School. Throughout his three years of experience he realizes that without trees, the campus would lack natural beauty amongst the customary gray and red of its buildings. His gratitude toward nature itself extends to the memories of 10 mile runs in the local Santa Anita Park, with trees along the course supporting him from the heat until he could get back home. By joining TreePeople, he wants to give back to the trees by caring for them in any way he can. Chan cannot change the heat of the sun, but he can plant more trees to reduce it. He believes that every tree is a stepping stone to a better Earth.
